Ga*iagher) said that the board's financial year ended on Saturday last, and the result of the year's working was so good that it was possible to transfer,. £16,000 to the special ronewal fund for depreciation, as coriipared with £5000 for 1931-32.. "The finances are so much better thai; I hope they represent tlie beginning of better times." added Mr. Gallagher.

The. receipts for the year just' closed totalled £81,966, as compared witU £79,590 for the preceding year.
