CAPE TOWN, September 30. Tshekedi was received by Admiral Evans as High Commissioner aboard tho flagship Dorsetshire, .which arrived today. Tshekedi on his own initiative sent a cable to the King expressing his unswerving loyalty. He and the Admiral are to leave by express on Monday for Serowe, where the Admiral will reinstate him. ,
