FLAT DENIAL OF REPORT
SYDNEY, October 1. Mr. E. Oxlade, chairman of the Board of Control, flatly denies the "Daily Herald" report. He said the board had not made any demands* on the M.C.G. nor was there a heated discussion on body-line bowling at the board's meeting. Mr. Oxlade added: "The contents of our cable to Marylebone will .not bo made known until they have dealt with it."
