INJURY TO CHILID
DAMAGES AWARDED
Reserved -judgment was given by Mr. E. Page, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today in a case in which Francis Hugh MeCutcheon, on behalf of lan Alexander McCuteheon, an infant, sued the Direct Aerated Water Supply, Ltd., and Frederick Charles Killick for £.139 3s 6d as the result of an accident to lan Alexander ' McCuteheon. The •plaintiff won his case, and was awarded damages amounting to £79 3s 6d, and was allowed costs.
Mr. O. C. Mazengarb appeared for the plaintiff and* Mr. T. F: Roiling,- of Palmerston North, for tho defendants.
