BERLIN, September 27.' At tho lleichstag trial tho Judge, Vogt, who interrogated Xubbe at the preliminary inquiry, testified that Lubbe was a ready, if not habitual liar. Ho willingly explained his part in the lteichstag lire and insiste'a that ho alone was responsible.
"According to the newspapers you spoke freely to visitors yesterday. Will you similarly answer the Court today," tho President asked Lubbe, who mumbled "as usual."
A Swedish criminologist and a Dutch journalist testified that on their visits Lubbe showed no sign of ill-treat-ment. A policeman: Heisig gavo evidonco that Lubbe originally freely coneonfessed to' three attempts at incendiarism. ' ■.
