BLUE SHIRTS AT FERMOY,
(Received August 26, 2 p.m.) LONDON, August 25. ' General o'Duffy, arriving at Ferinoy to address local "Blue Shirts,' 1 was informed by the superintendent of the Civic Guard that the meeting, could not be held. He allowed General O'Duffy; to tell the crowd that the street meeting was banned, and advised them to go home quietly.
