DISSOLUTION OF CONGRESS
RECENT CHANGES REVERSED
HAVANA, August 24. , The Cuban Cabinet on Thursday decided to dissolve; Congress immediately and return to the 1901 constitution, thereby throwing out all officers elected by virtue of the 1928 constitutional reforms.
