(Received August 26, 10 a.m.) LONDON, August 25. Wheat cargoes opened at 3d to 6d down. In view of American advices of the wheat agreement, which is regarded as a bullish factor, sellers ' temporarily withdrew their offers pending further details. ■ Parcels opened with poor support, but prices wore unchanged to 3d'down. But in view of the. conference result prices closed nominal. Business is at a standstill. Sales ex Fiscus were made at 23s Odt ex Vancouver City 2te.
