TAIHAPE SALE
Dalgety and Co., Ltd.,- seport holding their usual sale at Taihape on Wednesday when a small yarding of both sheep and cattle came to hand. There was a fair attendance of buyers, and competition was keen for all classes of sheep. The yarding of' cattle comprised mostly dairy cows and heifers*. Competition for these was neglected, and the passings were heavy. We quote: Ewe hoggets 16s 8d to 16s 9d; fat wethers), light, 18s; b.f. hoggets, 15s 7d; dairy cows, aged, 38s to 345; sows with suckers, £(> Ws.
