MAN SUCCUMBS TO INJURIES

(Special to the "Evening Post.") MASTERTON, This Day. Severely crushed by a log which rolled on him,, George Turley, a single man, was admitted to the Masterton Hospital on August 15 in a critical condition. Tlio injuries proved fatal, his deatli occurring on "Wednesday night. At the time of the accident, Turley was engaged in sawing- up a log .at Carriugton, and after the log had been sawn through it rolled back on him. •At tho inquest, which was held before the District' Coroner, Mr. E. Q. Eton, yesterday, a verdict of accidental death was returned.
