IMPORT MONOPOLY
DUTCH FRUIT GROWERS
HIGH DUTIES IMPOSED
(Beccived August 25, 2. pan.) THE HAGUE, August 24. The Dutch Government is establishing an import monopoly, accompanied by high duties, to protect Dutch fruit growers. Canada, California, and Italy, are at present mentioned as countriei which will be prevented from dumping.
