Litvinoff, this morning had an interview at the Foreign pffice with Sir John Simon. Colonel Colville, Secretary to the Department of Overseas Trade, was also present with Sir John j Simon. . A Foreign Office communique says: "An exchange of views took place at the Foreign Office between M. Litvinoff and the Secretary for Foreign Affairs, in which they made clear to one another, the position of ,their■ respective Governments on the present obstacles to tho' removal of Anglo-Soviet trade negotiations. Another meeting has been arranged for a continuation of the j conversations."
