(British Official Wireless.) (Received Juno 27, 11 a.m.) > , RUGBY, Juno 26. . The Soviet Commissioner for Foreign Affairs, M. Litvinoff, this morning had an interview at the Foreign pffice with Sir John Simon. Colonel Colville, Secretary to the Department of Overseas Trade, was also present with Sir John j Simon. . A Foreign Office communique says: "An exchange of views took place at the Foreign Office between M. Litvinoff and the Secretary for Foreign Affairs, in which they made clear to one another, the position of ,their■ respective Governments on the present obstacles to tho' removal of Anglo-Soviet trade negotiations. Another meeting has been arranged for a continuation of the j conversations."
