MAN CHARGED WITH THEFT

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCII, Thia Day. Osrcy Arthur Fitzgerald, aged 32 years, a salesman, of Australia, was charged today with the theft of various Bums from young women.
