Light, steady rain was falling at Awapuni this morning for the final gallops for the Manawatu Hunt Club's Meeting, arid the track will be very heavy tomorrow. With the big fences in position on the outside of the course proper, all fast work, this morning was carried out on the hurdle track. Times were slow. . High Society and Pango finished together at the end of six furlongs in lmin 28 3-ssec.
