WELLINGTON CLUB.
One of the most enjoyable outings of the season was held by the Wellington Club, when 30 members and lady supporters were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. P. Brady at their residence, 37 North Terrace, ICelburn. Three packs, under the leadership of R. Newson,, J. O'Brien,' and M. Morris, followed a trail of about six miles laid by E. Willets and L. Gallagali. A handicap run-in was held from Karori Viaduct, and resulted' in H. Brady winning from J. McConchje by three yards, with H. Allen a close third.
After the run members were entertain^ ed at' afternoon tea. On behalf of the club Mr. F. Wilton, club president, thanked Mr. and Mrs. Brady for their hospitality, and called on members to show their appreciation of their host and hostess's endeavour to foster the harrier xport.
