LONDON JULY SALES
London July series of wool sales begin July 4. A rise in price all round over closing rates of the March-April series is confidently expected by those in close touch with the trade, but nothing sensational is expected. The Bank of New Zealand, produce department, was advised by its London office, under date June 23, that prospects for the next London series of sales, commencing on July 4 were favourable. It was generally expected that merino and fine crossbred would be Id to I%'d, medium crossbred 94d, and coarse crossbred %d dearer than closing' quotations of the last sales. ....-.' <'■•■
