LONDON, Juno 23. " Well-informed circles forecast an early meeting between Sir John Simon, Foreign Secretary, and M. Litvinoff, Russian Commissar of Foreign Affairs, respecting Great Britain's, embargo on Russian goods and the imprisonment of the Vickers-Armstrong Company's engineers. It. is stated that the Soviet is anxious to secure a renewal of trado relations. Russians at the World Economic Conference arc gloating over the American resolution in favour of the removal of trado barriers, declaring that it must strengthen their demand for a withdrawal of the British embargo.
