Chinese Eastern 'Railway to through' traffic, which was suspended as the result of the dispute over confiscated; rolling-stock which was retained m Siberia, by Harbin dispatches stating that large Soviet forces, including, tanks and gas units, are concentrating in the vicinity of Barabash Lake,' Hingkaihu. It is also stated that the Soviet is evacuating and deporting to Western: Siberia air citizens in frontier zones whose reliability is somewhat doubtful.
