Gibbs, T. A. Felton, A. F. Roberts^ R. A. Andrew, and E. M. D. Ohlson, and to carry on mining. Capital, £20,000,, in £1 shares. Subscribers: W. Goodfellow, 0. H Gunson, A. F. Roberts, R. A. Andrew, J. C. Spedding, N. B. Spencer, B. G. D'Esterre, F. K. Burrell, and T. A. Felton, 100 shares each.
