COMMUNIST CONSPIRACY
BERLIN, March 29. The Irankfurt police discovered a Communist conspiracy, and arrested thirty members of the party, who are alleged to have confessed that they were trained to dynamjto buildings in wcstphalian industrial centres. The police discovered a heavy charge concealed in grass, and buried beneath a railway.
