SUVA, March 30,

There are heavy floods in the northern and western districts of Viti Levu. The Colonial Sugar Company's offices at Sigatoka were washed away. Hoavy seas prevailed. Twenty inches of rain fell at NadarL Vatu and Ba between Saturday and Monday.

■Two Fijians and two Indians • wero drowned in the Sigatoka River. Tho JNadi River is still rising.
