ARRESTS ALL OVER INDIA

CALCUTTA, March 29.
The Government having.banned the annual meeting of the India Congress on Friday at Calcutta, acrests are occurring all over India, mostly in trains, of delegates who are avowedly attending tho meeting. The authorities will not allow any demonstration! by sympathisers. ■'.■•■
