CHRISTCHUKCH, This Day.

As a result of the handlebars of nis machine breaking, W. J. Lamberton, aged 21, a well-known racing cyclist, fell on.his head' when training at English Park last evening, ;and was admitted to hospital with serious injuries to the head and arms. Lamberton was pacing at high speed several others, who,crashed over him in a~- heap, jy Robertson receiving nasty - abrasions. :
