LONDON, March 27.

The National Rifle Association has prohibited the use at Bisley of exterior or , interior shoulder and elbow padding, except a piece of leather or cloth devoid of hair, fur, wool, or Tubber. Lord Cottesloo says that the prohibition is^due to the growing tendency to use clotßing to assist steadiness. "If this is unchecked," ho said, "we may see the marksmen clad in fur.?'
