, Councillors W. S. MeMrum, W. Wilsoii, A. Anderson, F. ..Campbell, :J. Mitchel, A. Gricrson, and B. Ginger have expressed their intention of again offering themselves as candidates for re-election to the Lower Hutt Borough Couneil. Councillor A. Mcßain has not yet made a definite decision, but if circumstances remain as at present hewill be a candidate. The only councillor, therefore, who has declared his intention not to seek re-election is Mr. D. S. Patrick.
