COMPENSATION CASE
Further medical evidence was heard in th<»* Arbitration Court yesterday afternoon in a compensation claim made by Leonard Clark, a waterside worker, against the New Zealand Shipping Co., Ltd., for injuries received- while assisting in the loading oft , the steamer Huntingdou -on July 9, 1931.'The plaintiff had received . compensation *at the rate of £3 Is 7d a week until September 3, 1932. The Court awarded further compensation to t date and 21 per cent, for partial disablement.
