THIEVES BY NIGHT
DANNEVIRKE BURGLARIES
(By Telegraph.—Press Association;) DANNEVIEKE, This Day.
A nocturnal raid was made on tha boarders' rooms at the Criterion Prirate Hotel on Sunday, tiro inmates losing cash amounting to about £7,' and. a gold watch. Many unsolved burglaries have occurred in Dannevirke in the last couple of years, two of them recently, one at a private residence and the other at tha Hawke's Bay Farmers'store, a quantity of tobacco being stolen.
