AERIAL POLICE IN MEXICO
Mexico's first aerial police force is provided for in an executive decree issued through the Ministry of Communications. It will be charged with the general supervision of the country's flying fields, regulation of air transport companies, civilian aeroplanes, departures, arrivals, and all details of air travel throughout the Republic. .Present airport commanders will be invested with special1 authority to control landing and departure regulations, and all other regulations, to assure more adequate air travel within the country and along international routes between the United 'States and Central and- South America. The chief Mexican stopovers on these routes are Tampico, Mexico City, Torreon, Guadalajara, Tejcria (in the State of Vera Cruz) and Merida in Yucatan.
