} BERLIN, March 24. j Referring to foreign, affairs, ■- the Chancellor (Herr Adolf Hitler) said in (the Reichstag:— ""We accept. Signor Mussolini's farsighted plan. We are ready sincerely 'and peacefully to collaborate with Britain, Prance, and Italy. We earnestly desire to avoid an increase of arms. Germany wants nothing more than equal rights and equal freedom.
"We are ready to stretch out our hands in a spirit of understanding to each nation which is prepared to wipe the slate clean of the sad past. We are convinced that agreements can.be veached.-vvith Trance if the problems are tackled vigorously."
