LONDON, March 23. The Scwiet Embassy in London today informed* -.• the Metropolitan-Vickers Electrical Company that the Soviet Public Pj()secutor was prepared to place on tuail three of its employees who have been under arrest for the last fortnight. Bail was demanded in the followulig amounts: Mr. Thornton, 25,000 roulWes; Messrs. Gregory and Cushey, 15/)O.'O roubles each. Nothing was said r egsutding the fourth arrested employee, j Ylr. MaeDonald.
M. ?Vishinsk;y, the. Soviet Public Prosecutor, states that the arrested engineers ai te charged with giving and taking brib ea, and destroying electrical power stat; fons^ on special instructions from, some ;tliird party.
