ANNUAL SPORTS

The annual sports of St. Patrick's College (Wellington) were held yesterday. Two records were broken—both by the intermediate grade boy, C. Mexted—in the nigu jump and the quarter-mile race. Mexted s time for the 440 yards was 3 l-ssee better than the previous record of 5S 1-5 sec.

The Keogh Memorial Cup for highest points _in the senior jumps and hurdles championships was won by B Carr and tffis Shroder Cup for highest points in the 100, 220, and 440 yards intermediate was won-by C. Mexted T. Parsonage is leading m the contest for the Ryan Memorial-Cup, having won the half-mile.
