Thanks were expressed by the Eastbourne Borough Council last night to the writer of a letter signed "Humanity John" for a.donation of 10s for repairs to the horse-trough in Eona Bay The council decided to attend to the" complaint of "Humanity John," that the trough did not fill quickly enough xnd that it was dirty. '
