A financial statement presented at last evening's meeting o£ the Wellington Provincial Yacht and Motor-boat A?sociation. revealed that there was a total credit balance iv the Sanders Cup and Cornwell Cup account, and tlie regatta arid genera! expenditure account of £50 17s 6d. Ihe chairman said that the amount in. hand in the former account at the beginning of the season had been reduced by only £20, while the regatta and general expenditure account had been increased by over £7. The association was in a fairly sound positior, but in view: or the expenditure ahead careful management of the finances would be required. The resignation of Mr. H. S. Hannah, one of the Evans Bay delegates, owing to family reasons, was accepted with regret, and Mr. G. Tanner attended in hia place.
