Lady Gray, who has spent the past year in England, returned to AVellington by the Maunganui from Sydney.
Miss Diana Harris, who has been tho guest of Mrs. Hugh Acland, in Christehurch- and at Peol Forest, returned to Wellington tlm morning.
Sir William and Lady Hunt left Wellington last evening for the south en route to luvercargill.
Mrs. F. F. Keid, Miss G. Trolovc, Miss A. Davies, and Mrs. Laidlaw, who came to Wellington- for the cricket match, returned to Marlborough last evening.
Mrs. Cecil AVood, Christehurch, will attend the interim conference of the Plunket Society, to bo held in Wellington next week.
Captain and Mrs. C. M. Konaut are Christchurch visitors to Wellington.
Mrs. T. McKibbin, Wellington, who is visiting her mother, Mrs. P. W. iFaii-clough, will return to her home on Saturday.
Miss Eileen Blundell, ISTew Plymouth, is paying a visit to Wellington.
Mr., and Mrs. Frank Wall, Martinborough, are spending a few days in Wellington.
Miss Elaine Wiekendcn, Hawarden, is the guest of Mrs. K. McDougall, Island IBay.
JMr. and Mrs. Margaret McCallum, formerly of Cashmere Hills, Christehureh, who have been spending the past few years in Eugland, returned to JTew Zealand this week.
Mrs. B. Hansen, who, with her duaghter, Miss Berniee Hansen, has been staying with her father, Mr. Hurlstone, "Clifton," Oriental Bay, for the past three months, returned to her home in Sydney by the AVanganella. She was accompanied by her sister-in-law, Miss Winnie Hansen, of Moxham avenue, Hataitai, who will spend a few months in Sydney.
Mrs. M. M. Heiiiemann, Buller Street, leaves for Auckland tonight to be present on the occasion of the golden wedding of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Ziman, on March 27. Mr. and Mrs. Ziman were, married in AVellmgton, and before removing to Auckland were well-known residents of Wellington.
Miss Burgess, Wangauui, is amou" the guests at the Hotel St. Goorge.
Mrs. G. V. Pearce, AVaitotara, is staying at the Royal Oak Hotel.
