DRIVERS' AWARD.
_ The hearing in the Conciliation Coun* cil of the application by the employee* for a new Dominion passenger transport drivers' award was continued today. This morning the discussions dealt mainly with hours of work and rates of pay. After an hour and a half the council adjourned till this afternoon, to consider proposals.- It is anticipated that<a settlement will be reached.
