PROBATION SENTENCES

, (By Telegraph.—Press Association). NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. In the Supreme Court this morning, Harold Stanley Lower, who pleaded guilty in the lower Court to three charges of breaking arfd entering and one of theft, was sentenced by Mr. Justice Ostler to two years' probation, and ordered to pay the costs of the prosecution. His companion, Philip Charles Saxton, who had pleaded guilty to two charges of breaking and entering, received a similar sentence. Pleading guilty to.a charge of common assault, James Sullivan was ordered to conic up for sentence when called upon.
