GREATEST WORLD HAS SEEN
LONDON, February 13. The "Daily Express" says th» United States is concentrating its Pacific ana Atlantic fleets in the Pacific Ocean for the greatest manoeuvres the world has ever seen. People will say this is a demonstration intended for the almond eyes of Japan. "We remind the Americans," says the "Express," "that we have interests to defend as vital as theirs and far moro scattered possessions."
