INDECENT ASSAULT
MERCY RECOMMENDED
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, This Day. Desmond. Kenny, who was charged in the Supreme Court with attempted rape, was found guilty of indecent assault. The jury added a strong recommendation for mercy. Kenny was remanded for sentence.
