WESLEY CHURCH

The harvest festival thanksgiving services were held at the Wesley Church, Taranaki Street; yesterday. . The- church was suitably decorated with harvest gifts, and special'thank offerings were received. The Rev. T. R. Richards occupied the pulpit at both, services, in "the evening taking as his lesson Matthew vi, verse 28, ' "Consider the lilies of the field how they grow." .The choir, under the conductorship of Mr. H. Temple White, rendered special music. The duet, "Oh Lovely Peace," was sung by Mrs. Hindle and Miss G. Sutherland. ,
