SAILORS' FRIEND SOCIETY.

The Sailors' Friend Society Institute was well filled for the weekly concert on Wednesday night. Vocal solos were given by Mrs. Dansey, Misses Lewis, Redman, Suilivan, and Mr. Phillips, the last-named also giving elocutionary items. Pianoforte solos by Mrs. Dansey, Miss Dennehy, and Mr. Stewart Anderson were much appreciated. Miss Sullivan was hostess for the evening. Supper was served by members of the concert party. A community sing brought to a close an enjoyable evening.
