Aviation experts are certain that thai aeroplane parts Trashed ashore at Jervis Bay are not those of the Hood-Mon-crieff monoplane, nor are they the parts of any British, machine registered Tjy t Australia. One theory is that the aeroplane to which, the parts belonged mighti: be one of those "who met disaster in', the Dole Eace from San Francisco to: Hawaii in 1927, and afterwards drifted to Australian waters.
