(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ' DUNEDIN, This Day. In the Supreme Court, to-day Prank Noble Finlay, aged 28, for indecent assault on a female, was sentenced by Mr. ■ Justice Kennedy to eighteen months' reformative detention.

Reginald Merton Semb, aged 27, a married man with four children, for receiving stolen goods, was sentenced to a year's hard labour, to be concurrent with a sentence now being served for theft.
