(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Bth- February. In the Dunedin Supreme Court, Leslie Vano Harvey pleaded not guilty to four charges of indecent assault on males and one charge of attempted indecent assault on a male. { Aftor evidence, the jury returned a verdict of. not guilty ou three charges, while on the other charges they were unable to agree. The Court accepted a partial verdict, and a new trial was ordered on the two charges on which the jury had disagreed-
