J* Pybus, announced that, ; following •_ careful consideration of the report of the Commission of Road and Bail Transport over which Sir Arthur Salter had presided, the Government had de* cided to. introduce at an early date a' Bill to provide for the-licensing and better regulation of transport of goods by road.
