When they appeared in the Supreme Court to answer a charge of breaking and entering arid theft of sweets from a shop at Miramar, and alternatively of theft, two youths, Thomas Hale and Lewis Edward Eohloff, pleaded guilty to the charge of theft. Mr. C. Evans-Scott, for the Crown, accepted this plea and asked leave to withdraw the charge of' breaking and entering. ' His Honour Mr. Justice Blair agreed. The two accused, for whom Mr. R. Hardie Boys appeared, were remanded for sentence. ". ~'. ". " ■
