CYCLISTS ON THE BITUMEN
Two correspondents, M. and "Bumpy," answer the complaint.of motorists that it is becoming a practice of cyclists to vide on the bitumen on the Hutt road. The writers state' thatfthe condition of the cycle'track, with holes, bumps, large stones, and ruts, makes its use unpleasant and positively dangerous.
