NO MOTOR-CAR CASES

JUDGE'S COMMENTS

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHBISTCHTJECH, This Day. In his charge to the Grand Jury at the opening of the criminal sessions, Mr. Justice Seed said it was remarkable that there was no charge of injury or of death arising out of motor-car accidents. "I fear I can hardly believe that that is an indication that all motorists have reformed," he remarked, "but the fact is that there are no charges of that nature." His Honour added that there were no cases of direct violence, and that also was a matter for satisfaction.
