LONDON, 18th January.

The continuance of snowy conditions in the Alps is not only hindering Captain Hope's search for the missing airman Hinkler, but is rendering, remoter the chance of sighting the lost aeroplane from the air. In consequence the London search committee has accepted the offer of two expert mountaineers to go to the Alps and carefully search the area Moritana-Termala, and other slopes where the aeroplane was seen. . ." ■

The committee has accepted Mrs. Mollison's offer to aid in tho search. She ,leaves at the first opportunity.
