KANSAS WHEAT PROSPECTS.
(Received 19th January, 9 a.m.) KANSAS CITY, 18th January. Recent crop reports indicate flourishing growth in south-western sections. However there is no snow or any measurable amount of rain in the winter wheat areas where a great need of moisture still exists.
