Severnty costumes of the Louis SIV period were brought out from tho reserves of tho Coinedio Francaise for a charity ball hold iv Paris lately for the benefit of tho Retired French Theatrical Artists' Homo at Pont-aux-Damcs. It is for tho first time sinco 1716 that the Oomcdio Francaiso has given a ball, of tliis kind. .
